The Transforming Message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ

The word "gospel" means good news. The gospel of Jesus Christ is the good news of salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. Here is what the Bible itself says concerning the gospel of Jesus Christ.

All have sinned against God.

For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God

(Romans 3:23a).

Sin separates the sinner from God.

Your iniquities have separated between you and your God,
and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.

(Isaiah 59:2).

Sin’s penalty is eternal death in hell.

For the wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23).

And whosoever was not found written in the book of life

was cast into the lake of fire (Revelation 20:15).

Christ paid sin’s penalty.

But God commendeth his love toward us, in that,

while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8).

Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;

And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day

according to the scriptures (1 Corinthians 15:3-4)

The gift of God is eternal life.

The gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord
(Romans 6:23b).

You are invited to receive Christ as your Savior.

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead,
thou shalt be saved (Romans 10:9).

You can receive Christ as your Savior right now.

Simply pray the following prayer in your own words and from a sincere heart of faith:

Heavenly Father, I admit that I am a sinner in need of a Savior. I understand that the penalty of sin is eternal death in hell. But I believe that Jesus, Your only begotten Son, died on the cross to pay sin's penalty and that He arose from the dead and lives today. I repent of my sin and I invite Jesus to become my Savior and Lord. Thank you Lord for saving me. In Jesus' name, amen.
